For our Men

Men's mental and emotional health in the workplace

Terms of Use

Though it may surprise you to know (if you’ve stumbled on this site and weren’t aware of its origins) it’s run by a woman, like a lot of men-centred organisations and charities. Shocker, we know!

And though this is website is built for men and we hope it will be contributed to by many men discussing difficult topics such as coercive control by women, we won’t accept general abuse or derogatory terms against women in general or any other group in society. Generalisations and broad insults help no-one!

Our founder was a victim of a serious sexual offence by a man she knew and she still manages to support and care for a great many men. We’re simply expecting you to extend that common courtesy here. Whipping up other users into angry frenzies doesn’t help anyone.

There are plenty of Facebook groups and corners of the web to satisfy broad anger or hatred of certain groups but this website and our community are not it.

We want to help men empower each other!
